The Abilities Expo is a free, fun-filled Expo designed for people of all ages and ability challenges which is held in eight cities in North America. Introduces numerous innovative products, activities, workshops, assistive devices, therapy animals, sports, dance, cosplay to the disabled community, their friends and families in the United States and Canada.

Intro to Chair Yoga (13+) At the Abilities Expo

The adult class will incorporate stretching and strengthening, with explanations of body-appropriate adjustments and/or the use of applicable props.
